WHERE IS THE HAIR SOURCED FROM?
Our hair is ethically sourced from Southern China through a network of voluntary donors who are fairly compensated for their contributions. This sourcing process allows us to offer premium-quality hair with exceptional integrity, consistency, and longevity.

By working with carefully selected single-donor hair and maintaining close relationships throughout the supply chain, we are able to uphold the highest standards of quality while supporting fair and ethical practices. We also strive to minimize waste throughout production and prioritize methods that preserve the natural integrity of the hair.

CAN THE EXTENSIONS BE COLOURED?
Yes, our extensions can be coloured by a licensed hairstylist experienced in working with hair extensions using professional, deposit-only colour products.
To maintain the integrity, softness, and longevity of the hair, we do not recommend using bleach, high-lift colour, or other harsh chemical processes, as these can compromise the quality of the extensions.
Please note that any chemical alteration performed on the hair, including colouring, toning, perming, relaxing, or lightening, is done at the discretion of the stylist and may void the product warranty.
HOW LONG DOES BLENDED MANE HAIR LAST?
The longevity of your hair extensions depends on a variety of factors, including your lifestyle, maintenance routine, and the products used at home. With proper care and regular maintenance appointments, Blended Mane extensions can last 8–12 months or longer.
Our extensions are crafted from premium, cuticle-intact human hair and are available in 18 carefully curated lived-in, dimensional shades. By focusing on a thoughtfully selected colour collection, we are able to maintain strict quality control standards and ensure consistency throughout every stage of production.
For added peace of mind, all Blended Mane hair extensions are backed by a 3-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in workmanship and quality. Following the recommended care instructions and having your extensions installed and maintained by a licensed hairstylist experienced with hair extensions will help maximize both their performance and longevity.
SHIPPING
Blended Mane processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note that delivery timelines provided by Canada Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shipping options and rates are available at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
For local customers, in-store pickup may be available when selected at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and these timelines do not account for any customs-related delays.
SECURE DELIVER + LIABILITY
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Blended Mane is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Blended Mane is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and arranging for delivery to a secure location whenever possible. If you experience an issue with a shipment, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Unused, uninstalled, and unaltered hair extensions may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all returns must be in their original packaging with the security seal fully intact. Extensions with a broken or removed seal cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy allows us to guarantee that every bundle of Blended Mane hair reaches our customers in pristine condition.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please email us at blendedmaneedu@hotmail.com and include your order or invoice number along with the reason for your return request.
To be eligible for a return, hair extensions must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with the security seal fully intact. Please include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your return.
If you would like to exchange your extensions for a different shade, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability while your return is being processed.
